Version draft-2026-10-23Effective: effective date

Draft for attorney review. This page is not in effect yet. Highlighted items are facts or decisions Pace has not supplied. Pace is in early access, so some sections describe how things will work once accounts, connections and paid plans exist.

Who we are

Pace is an AI personal assistant for students, offered by legal entity name (“Pace”, “we”, “us”). Our assistant inside Pace is called Ace.

Questions about this policy: privacy email, or write to mailing address.

Where Pace stands today

Pace is in early access. Today there is a public website with a waitlist. The app is in development and not yet available to the public. While it is built it uses made-up sample data, has no accounts or passwords, and simulates connecting apps except where a connection is marked Live. Pace does not take payments.

This policy describes what happens today, and marks with TODO the parts that depend on decisions not made yet, such as which hosting, email and payment providers Pace will use.
