Deleting your data
You can delete your data in any of these ways:
- In the app: You → Privacy and data → Delete everything on this device. It takes effect straight away.
- Everything Pace holds about you: send a deletion request. We verify it is you and confirm when it is done.
- Connected apps: disconnect them in the app, and revoke Pace’s access in that service’s own settings, such as your Google Account.
We delete data from backups on their normal cycle of backup period. We may keep some data when the law requires it, such as consent and unsubscribe records, or to resolve disputes.
De-identified data
We may keep data that can no longer identify you. decide whether Pace keeps any de-identified or aggregate data
