Version draft-2026-10-23Effective: effective date

Before you pay

Before you start a paid plan, Pace will show you, clearly and next to the button you press:

We will charge you only after you agree to those terms, and we will email you a confirmation with the same details.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, or when a trial is about to become paid, we will remind you number of days in advance.

counsel to check federal and state automatic-renewal laws, such as California’s, for required disclosures, reminders and consent records

Price changes

If a price changes, we will tell you at least number of days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Payment processing

Payments will be handled by payment processor. Pace will not store full card numbers. If you subscribe through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, their billing and refund terms apply.
